Wasp Treatment Guarantee
A guarantee is offered for any job the controller agrees to perform unless otherwise stated. The Poison and Extraction guarantees do not include any additional nests found after the controllers visit.
Poison Guarantee: in the event that a nest remains active after having been treated with poison, this guarantee entitles the customer to free follow-up treatments (valid for 7 days after initial treatment). The area or space around and near the nest is not guaranteed.
Extraction Guarantee: if after a nest has been extracted, wasps or bees can be seen rebuilding on the same spot, this guarantee entitles the customer to a consultation and possibly a free return visit.
Advisory Guarantee: in the rare case that neither a nest, nor an infestation are present, the controller will offer professional advice and charge the standard callout. In this instance, the customer has the assurance that if an infestation or nest becomes present within 14 days of the initial visit, they will be entitled to a free return and treatment.
Bee Treatment Guarantee
Bumblebee treatments can be guaranteed in most cases, albeit their treatment takes a few days to take full effect. The controller will make the decision based on the circumstances of each Bumblebee problem.
Honey bee treatments on the other hand are NOT guaranteed because of the nature of their treatment. In some cases a beekeeper would be called on to resolve the problem but we do not guarantee their work or removal processes.
If, in extreme cases the Honey bees need exterminating, this can be performed legally in a controlled way. This sort of extermination cannot be guaranteed as the method for treating honey bees can call for several attempts. It does however come with one return visit to either assess if the bees are gone or re-treat them if needed.
